Live-in Care

A Live-in Aide resides at the client’s residence and is on-call to assist 24 hours a day. This service incorporates Personal Care Assistance and Homemaking Services, which provides safety and security for your loved one. Your peace of mind knowing that our skillfully matched and well trained staff will maintain a clean environment, assist with meal planning, shopping and preparation, pet walking, vital sign monitoring, assist with self medication and ensure safe activities of daily living and personal hygiene. The aide will escort your loved one to physician appointments and communicate valuable information. Our staff will encourage your loved one to participate in creative craft activities and have meaningful reminiscent conversations.

In-Home Care

Our Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants will maintain a clean and safe environment, assist with meal planning, shopping and preparation, vital sign monitoring, assist with self medication and ensure safe activities of daily living and personal hygiene. The aide will standby, for bathing and dressing, transferring and ambulation, toileting  and will escort your loved one to physician appointments. Our staff will encourage your loved one to participate in creative, craft activities for brain fitness and are delighted to have meaningful reminiscent conversations.

Homemaker Services

Our Home Health Aides provide Homemaking services which will ensure a clean environment by providing light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes. They also can assist with walking your pet, letter correspondence, meal preparation, planning, shopping and room organization.

After Care

You might be planning on being home for your loved one when he or she returns home, there could be certain aspects of their recovery plan that you might need assistance with.  Elite Senior Care will help you with many post care requirements that will benefit your loved one to a complete recuperation.  We can assist with the cooking, cleaning, laundry, errands, trash, and appointments to obtain the best care that we both agree for your loved one to make sure they get an effective recovery. Relief Care

Relief care is vital for family members whom are the caregiver in need of a break from care giving.  A period of rest and relaxation for the care giver is necessary to avoid feelings of frustration and to feel re-energized again.

Health Home Check

Health home check is a comfort service that provides a 15-30 minute face-to-face in-home visit. It may be used for medication reminders, to note and communicate anything out of the ordinary or concerns, or simply to ensure the client is having a good day.

Transportation Services

Non-emergency medical transport to be provided to take clients to medical and other appointments, shopping, dialysis centers and some other appointment according to the client’s care plan, deploying appropriate and or wheel chair accessible vehicles with or without basic life support.

Chore Services

The job duties may include physically straining activities to keep and maintain the home both inside and outside. The work involves heavy chores lifting like lifting of furniture, sweeping, mopping and dusting. Conduct home interior and hazard assessment. Sorting and organizing hoarded items, arranging for household maintenance supplies and general straightening. Heavy household activities like washing floors, bath tubs, windows, walls, and cleaning of carpets. Help with planning and organizing household tasks. Perform other essential activities to help client function independently within the client’s home environment. There may be other out-door activities that are also integral to the client’s care plan like lawn mowing, raking of leaves, and cleaning the gutters, arranging for garbage dumpster drop off and removal and much more.
